1. What the service is
CarAmo is a web application through which car rental firms manage their fleet, their clients, their bookings, the handover and return records, the contracts and the financial accounts. The service is offered on a monthly subscription, on the terms set out below.
2. The account and its users
The account is opened in the name of the client firm. The firm’s administrator invites the users and sets their roles and permissions. The firm is responsible for the actions of its users and for keeping its access credentials confidential.
3. Subscription and payment
The subscription is billed monthly, in Moldovan lei, at the price of the plan chosen, VAT not included. The first month is free and needs no card. The plan can be changed at any time; the difference applies from the following month. Thirty days without payment suspend the account, and the data is kept.
4. Termination
The firm can cancel at any time from Settings, with no penalty. After termination the data stays exportable for 90 days, then it is deleted for good. The documents generated in the application (records, contracts, reports) belong to the client firm.
5. The contracts generated
The contract template is uploaded and edited by the client firm. CarAmo fills the dynamic fields with the data from the booking, but is not responsible for the legal content of the template. The firm remains a party to the rental contract concluded with its own end client.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for 99.5% availability each month, apart from maintenance announced 24 hours in advance. CarAmo’s liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid over the last 3 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are settled amicably and, failing agreement, by the competent courts of the city of Chișinău.
